The Impossible Cup

When football stopped during the pandemic, we decided to imagine our own games and bring to life impossible matches. The clashes that everyone had always fantasised about: Maradona's Napoli vs. Beckham's Man U, Pele vs. Messi, the most valuable Real Madrid squad vs. the most communist team of Red Star Belgrade.

We teamed up with a group of journalists, writers, and former footballers to imagine how these different clashes would unfold, and then a group of illustrators helped to bring those texts to life. All the content was uploaded on IG stories and Twitter threads for everyone to enjoy.
And the Impossible Cup was born.
